This role is perfect for a Speech Pathologist looking to manage a varied caseload whilst receiving copious amounts of support and training. What you will be doing: Mixed ages caseload of NDIS, Private and Aged Care clients Predominantly clinic-based role Approximately 70:30 split of kids to adults Delivering evidence-based speech therapy Liaising with external stakeholders and other team members Why this role: Incredibly well-structured 100-day induction period so you feel settled in your new role Weekly supervision with a highly experienced Speech Pathologist with over 20 years of experience Enjoy working from a spacious clinic with a wealth of resources Earn between $80,000 - $105,000 super Weekly team meetings plus 1-hour Professional Development sessions Become part of a close-knit team who work collaboratively Yearly PD allowance of $1500 Option for a 4-day full-time working week Requirements/Skills Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology SPA membership Unrestricted Australian Working Rights WWCC All levels of experience are encouraged to apply including New Graduates!
